We had a fun Family night where everyone was given 6 hearts. We talked about what we love and respect about each other. We talked about how important family is. We then went to a quiet space in the house and wrote down what we love, appreciate or think of everyone in the family. The kids had tape and went around the house and had to tape up each of the hearts all around the house. They had so much fun thinking about where to place their hearts. (Zach put Camilla's on the top of the toilet lid) We had fun walking around the house reading what everyone had written. We have kept them up all month. Here is a glimpse of what a few of our hearts said.

I LOVE this idea!! I really love Camilla's valentine to Dylan. Still miss you. Do you miss us and all the snow? See you didn't have to move to Idaho to get snow. You coulda stayed here!!
What a cute idea! Are your kids that sweet all the time?!? I'm sure they are :)
Love the idea of taping them around the house--something to do with the stack of notes we ended up with at our house! I will definitely use this idea next year!
