LET IT SNOW!

Seriously this is what we are dealing with on the East coast! 2 centimeters of snow. The kids woke up freaking out that it had snowed. School was delayed 1 hour and this was what all the fuss was about. It makes me sad to raise Virginians....I guess this is what they will think is a snow storm? Hopefully we will get a real storm one of these days. The kids did get up & ask for their boots, snow pants, hats, gloves & sleds. I let them put on their boots just to be a good Mom. We had a warm breakfast and then they were off to the bus. By the time they got home from school the snow was gone and it was just back to normal...which is just plain old...COLD. Please let it SNOW this year! REALLY SNOW!

That is so funny! Yeah- school never gets cancelled here unless there is 4 feet of snow! We have a foot of snow on our lawn that has been there for a few weeks... come back! We miss you! Costa Rica looked amazing! Wow!

My kids ask daily when it will snow. I keep telling Spencer by his birthday it will since it's snowed every year of his life on his birthday~3 weeks to go...hopefully!

Can you even imagine what all of our friends and family in Utah (Ohio for me) think about us all blogging about the snow in such little quantities? I honestly don't miss 4 feet of snow lasting from October to May, but I would like a tiny bit more than what we have had.

No kidding - I have kids who are ready to leave me and go live with Grandma - just so they can use their new sleds. Is it ever going to come???
