Webkinz

The Webkinz craze has gone through many of your homes I am sure. We are in and out of it. Right now we are in! A cute little store has a contest each year to design and make a costume for your Webkinz. This year Isaac and Camilla entered the contest. Camilla dressed her black lab puppy up as a Hula Girl. It was very cute. She made a bikini and grass skirt. Isaac had the idea of Indiana Jones. He dressed up his black cat. He cut and made a leather vest with a black leather hat and a rope whip. Both kids wrote up how they created the costume and took photos to submit it to the store. We really did not know what to expect. Well we got a call last night saying that BOTH kids had won in each of their age groups!!! They were so excited to get the message. The grand prize was a FREE WEBKINZ. So this morning we went to the store to pick out a new stuffed animal Webkinz. It is actually quite a process. The kids took their time looking at all the choices. They were all smiles. They are so proud of themselves.
